About the templates of the Database...

I can find the ERD(Entity Relation Diagram) template in the Database class in Visio2000<English version>. But now, I cannot find it in Visio2003<Chinese version>. How should I get the template in Visio2003 again? Has any method to add the template into the class in Visio2003? And, where to find the templates

PS: I am a beginner in Visio tool. Sorry for the stupid question... ~yaTung
