Accept Deletions & Additions in same key stroke

How can I accept a track change deltion and addition at
the same time like in Word 2000 (replace a word with
another word shows as a deletion and addition, now have to
accept the deletion AND then accept the addition - use to
be able to higlight them both right click and accept them
both with one click).

In Word 2002 and 2003, click the arrow beside the Accept Change button on
the Reviewing toolbar and choose Accept All Changes in Document?
