acces to Project from multi locations

We have managers all over that might be working on the same project. Can they
gain acces to the project from multi locations and enter or edit timelines?

Sorry, a file can be opened read/Write only ONCE simultaneously.
All people opening it after the first one get it read only.

But they CAN open it from multiple locations (via the network), but only
one at a time for editing.
