Access 2000 Upgrade with Office 2003

My old computer had Office 2000 Basic OEM, plus Access
2000 Upgrade. My new computer has Office 2003 Basic OEM.
Access 2000 Upgrade won't install because it doesn't
recognize an existing, qualifying installed product. Is
there a way around this? I would like to install Access
2000 and run it with Office 2003 without having to
maintain a simultaneous install of Office 2000. Thanks.
