Windows XP Pro - A client of mine runs an Access 2002 application that uses
Word to print reports. The client upgraded to Office 2007 but did not
upgrade Access. Now when she tries to print reports, Word opens, shows the
report to be printed (sort of flashes by) but nothing prints. There is
nothing in the print queue. They have no maintenance contract with the vendor.
I realize the versions are quite different and unfortunately have no
expertise in Access programming. I did locate the print module for the
application but could go no further. Can someone advise whether there is a
setting or modification that can be changed in either Access or Word to
remedy the problem or, is it likely an upgrade to Access 2007 is the only
solution.
Thanks for your help.
