Access 2002 Won't Startup after Installation

Hi,
I'm running WindowsXP Pro with Office XP. I installed all of office, but
everytime I try to launch Access, it gets stuck in a loop of trying to
re-install OfficeXP. I've already tried to repair it, uninstall/reinstall
all of Office, and even uninstall/reinstall Access but I still get stuck in
this install loop.

I can't use WindowsXP SP2 yet because it crashes my pc. I have a Compaq
Presario R3000 laptop with 540mb RAM, 40gb hd, NVIDIA graphics driver if that
helps.

Any suggestions?

p.s. I had it working prior, but I had to reinstall WindowsXP and clean my
entire computer. I have no viruses, adware, spyware, etc. Registry is clean
too.
