Access 2003 won't open on server

i have had issues lately with Access 2003 on my pc that functions as a
server. We have office pro 2003 installed, and every program functions
properly - except for Access. Every time Access is opened, the msi window
pops up and appears to 'install' the software. For my administrator accounts,
Access can then be used. However, none of my other users can use Access.

An hour glass appears and then disappears and then no splash window or
anything.

Help!!!

You may want to use the link below to also post this in the MS Access discussion group.

If your 'posting name' implies that you have multiple Office versions installed that may be related or you may have installed on a
per user rather than machine basis.
