When will there be a service pack 1 for Access 2007?
I've decided to install once the sp is available.

Thanks,
James

Already answered in another newsgroup to which you posted the same question.

If you feel you need to post to more than one group (HINT: it's seldom
necessary), please have the courtesy to cross-post (send the one message to
all groups at once), rather than multi-post (send individual messages to
each group). In this way, all responses to your post will be available
together, regardless of what group the responder was in, and the rest of us
won't have to read your post multiple times. (It also uses fewer server
resources)

I see you're using Outlook Express. Click the "Newsgroups:" label to the
left of the box containing the name of the current newsgroup. That will open
a dialog that will let you add additional newsgroups to your post.

Note that it's generally consider to be A Bad Thing to cross-post to more
than about 2 or 3 newsgroups.

Ok but whats the answer?

Not all of us go to multiple newgroups nor have time to check every possible
resourse.

This is the newsgroup I choose to use and I think its a relevant question
that deserves an answer even if the answer is just "No Idea, When MS Releases
It.".

The answer is soon. Unfortunately, the definition of soon is left to your
imagination.

Please reread the first paragraph of Doug's answer:

Now, if you find it annoying that you have to go searching through
all the newsgroups you single-posted your question in so that you
can find his answer, then I would say that's poetic justice.

In all fairness, David, the person complaining was not the original poster.

Perhaps I need to go back to including the following in my standard reply:

And for the benefit of others who have the same question and didn't read the
newsgroup where the answer was posted, you can do a search at
http://www.google.com/advanced_group_search to try and find it. You know the
name of the original poster, you know the subject of the original post, you
know the date of the original post, and you can assume that the newsgroup is
microsoft.public.access.* (make sure you remember the asterisk) That should
return a limited list that you can then check for the answer.
