Recently I had trouble with my motherboard and had it replaced. Since then a
number of files cannot be opened. The error message is Access Denied - you do
not have permission to this file.
The tech who did the work said he had trouble reinstalling Windows XP and
Office 2003 on my machine- but finally got it working. When I check the
permission for users it appears that I am still the administrator. So no
change there.
Also the unaccessable files show up as green in color when displayed.
How do I ope nthese files??
