access denied

Hi, how do I get outlook to import my old outlook mail saved as a pst file,
because all I get is "access denied" ?

Copy the .pst file off the read-only media (CD-ROM) and onto your hard
drive. Then remove the read-only attribute on the file. Outlook
demands write access to any .pst file that it opens, and you cannot
write to read-only media.

I don't use hotmail account. It says "Account Closed. Access Denied.".
Normaly i entred the mail adres from web (ie-interface).
I opend this mail adres before a week.
I am waitting important answer some clinic and doctors. And now i can't use
it. How can i make now?
