Access Time and Billing Template

While using the Time and Billing Template my invoices do
not seem to grab the data to create anything worth while.
I have expenses and biling times entered. They all come
back with the correct totals and I can see them in a sub-
invoice. But in the final invoice view the monatary values
do not come through. The Company data comes through to
proprogate the invoice but there is nothing as far as
money values, hours worked, billed time and all that. It
is like it does not combine the expense table and billing
table into one table for the final invoice.
Any help would be appreciated.

I believe I am having the exact same problem and it is very frustrating. The formula that appears to have the error is in the Print Invoice Form under 'Total Hours', 'Total Hourly Billing', and 'Total Expenses'. The formula for Total Hours is " =IIf([Print Invoice Time Subform].Form.RecordsetClone.RecordCount=0,0,[Print Invoice Time Subform].Form![Total Hours]) ". It retuns the error messages '#name?' in the Preview Invoice window under the Clients form. I do not understand the coding enough to understand where the error might be. Please let me know if this is the same problem you had and if you figured out a solution
