access violation (c0000005)

I start Outlook2000, after a couple of minutes, the message ' Outlook.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created.
I have the latest updates loaded (SP3), ran the inbox repair tool, compacted the personal folder, and this still happens. I have a copy of drwtsn32.log with the info if that will help
