Access web from outlook

We have one computer that cannot access any websites when
a link is sent. We are using Outlook 6. If you click on
the link we get an error message saying there was a
problem loading the website. This happens for every
site. After I close the error, the home page in IE is
displayed, but not the page the link is to. Any ideas?
