accessing office 2000 on slave drive

I have transferred my hard drive which was running office
2000 in Windows 98 to my new pc. It has MS Works 2000
installed. I'm using XP Home edition, full installation.
I am unable to run any Office 2000 products except word
as this is the only software that comes with MS WORKS.
How do I install/run Powerpoint, Excel and Access from my
slave drive F:\??

You must reinstall Office, so that the correct entries are now put in the
Windows XP Registry. If you se a Custom Installation, you can install as
much as possible on the same drive it is currently residing in... however
some entries (besides the Registry ones) will be put on the C: drive, such
as the Common Files.
