accessing office applications

how do you grant access to office applications to all users who logon to your
pc> At the moment I can only access the applications under the logon name it
was installed under.

Move the shortcuts from the Start menu of the "logon name it was
installed under" to "All Users" Start Menu.

Better to *copy* the shortcuts to the All Users folder and then delete the
originals. Copying the shortcuts ensures that they will have the
approriate permissions to be accessed by all users of the system.
