Accessing Tracking Status in a Custom Form via VBA

I have developed a custom mail form and need to create some VBA code to
check the Tracking Responses to ensure that they are all "Approve" before
the e-mail is forwarded to the next person. I cannot figure out how to
access the Tracking Response Items (fields) in my custom form VBA...does
anybody have any ideas?
