Accounting Scyronising

(Posted again, as realised i posted in the wrong section)

We currently use Microsoft Office Accounting Express version 2008.

We will be upgrading to the paid version 2009.

What i need to know is it seems that we can purchase one license which will
allow us to be able to install 2 versions: 1 the office computer and the
other on our directors laptop

I need to know how the two versions will scyronise, as our director will
need to veiw our client details everyday and they need to be up-to-date.
However he is does not want to have to do back-up/restores, etc or several
steps to sycronise the data's.

Will it automatically sycronise the data (if yes i pressume by way of our
server network, either VPN or LAN?)

Thanks in advance
