Acrobat Elements now does not convert Word file into PDF

10 months back I bought a Dell Desktop with Adobe Acrobat Elements 6.0
installed on it. Earlier I was able to convert Word and Excel files to PDF.
Now it doesn't work for the Word files but works for the Excel files. Any
suggestions/help would be appreciated.
