Action buttons

I see there is an action button for movies.
When I insert this action button I do not see how to access a movie to insert.
I am sure that I missing something but I have been unable to find any
information on these buttons in the manuals and very poor and limited info in
Help.
Can someone point me in the right direction to learn all of the action
buttons?

Right click on the action button, select Action Settings.
Select the Hyperlink to radio button.
Click on the dropdown field.
Select Other file.
Look for the movie you want to insert and click ok.

You can also play a movie from PowerPoint itself. To do so, click Insert >
Movies and Sounds > Movie from file.
If you have problem inserting the movie, you can try the PowerPoint Add-in's
