Can you set an action setting to go to a second click
within a slide. (ie. slide with 4 clicks programmed
within it and be able to click a button an have it go to
click 3 without making it a different slide.)

Sort of depends on which version of PowerPoint you have. If you have 2002
(XP) or 2003 there is a new feature called "triggers" that could easily do
what you want. Please provide us with the version you are using and
possibly a little more on what you are trying to accomplish.

This can certainly be done with VBA programming, but if you can use
triggers, it would be much easier.
