activating

Hi. I bought a genuine microsoft Frontpage and have it installed on my PC
I suffer from a bad back and can't sit at my desks for long periods of time
so I have a laptop to continue tasks on the coutch or bed.
Trouble is I can't install Frontpage on my laptop as it's already activated
on my pc.
How do I go about this?
I do understand trying to prevent piracy and eligal coppying but if I've
bought it and am the only one using it, why should it matter which machine I
use it on?
