Activation - EULA for Software, second portable device

Does anyone know how to setup an office program
(frontpage) which is already installed on a PC onto a
laptop. The license says, "You may make a second copy of
the Software Produce and install it on a portable Device
for the exclusive use of the person..." How do I active
the second unit? Do I need to purchase another license?

Install on the laptop and follow the Activation popup.
You may need to use Telephone Activation to speak to
a technician if the 'online' choice doesn't work.
You won't need to purchase anything extra in your scenario.
