Activation following new graphics card

I swapped graphics cards and office (not xp) is now asking to be re-activated.
When I try to activate by the internet it tells me i have reached the limit
of my activations and to use the "activate by phone" method.
When I click activate by phone" the Wizard disappears!!

Is there a way to complete the wizard?
or
do I need to re-install office
or
would office revert to it's activated state if I put the old card back?

Office 2003 win xp pro
any help gladly received
