Hi,
I look after a number of workstations, but this is a new one on me.
After approx 4 months of an install of Windows XP and Office 2002,
Outlook popped up an activation warning that Outlook was in reduced
functionality mode and had to be reactivated, the first step of which
was to insert the Outlook (not office) CD. The user is in a remote
office and doesn't have it. OK - I can work that out, but what would
cause this to happen after many months?
Thanks,
Peter
