activation

Hi,

i just bought a new computer, tried to activate my product
but it says it's on another computer(my old one) so how do
i fix it so it's activated?

If it an OEM copy, you don't have any choice than purchasing it again, if it
was a retail (boxed) version, choose the phone activation method and explain
the situation to the operator.
