Active cell border/highlight is pale

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)

The active cell border is a pale green and difficult to read. I have been unable to find out how to change it. Anyone know?

This is controlled by the Highlight Color selected in System Preferences>
Appearance. Excel has no say in the matter. NOTE: Changing that Pref will
also affect the highlight color used by the OS as well as any other
programs, so pick one you can live with :)
