Active sync and PCS

Want to synchronize a public folder with Contacts folder, using Outlook PCS,
ver. 1.2 (free MS download).

Synchronization mostly works, with the following exceptions:

1) Birthday and Anniversary fields in public contacts do not sync into my
Contacts (are blank) .

2) Home Address fields in Public Contact folder appear as Home Address AND
Business Address in Contacts. Dups

3) Notes text (birthdays and anniversaries) in Public folder contacts WILL
sync to Contacts, but then does not ActiveSync to PocketPC.

Has anyone used this software like this?
