Active X Error Message in Access 2000

I'm getting 2 error's when trying to insert and Active X control in Access
2000, the first message reads "The OLE server isn't registered - To register
the OLE server re-install it"
The 2nd message reads "You don't have the license to use this Active X
control - You tried to open a form containing an OLE object or an Active X
control or you tried to create an Active X control. To obtain the appropriate
license, contact the company that provides the licensed OLE object or Active
X control"
Any ideas?
