I have an Excel file in My Documents that I amend regularly and want to
update automatically on my Pocket PC.
I realise that there is a folder of files that will automatically be sync'ed
with the Pocket PC, but that means either copying the file to that folder
each time or else moving it permanently (not too convenient since I keep it
with other files that are not sync'ed).
Can anyone suggest a way of automating this process? Thanks in advance

Drag the file once you have updated to the My Documents folder for your
Pocket PC. Select the folder where you keep your other Excel documents.

Thanks for your response. What you suggest sounds like just copying the file
to the Pocket PC My Documents folder. Am I correct in assuming that this
still needs to be done after each update oif the file? Can I automate the
update process?

Yes, it is a manual synch but you could probably write a batch file to copy
items to that folder if you want.

Many thanks for this.
Unfortunately, beyond my capabilities, but at least I now have a clear idea.
