ActiveX component can’t create o

We have an application that sends an e-mail to Outlook which has a html page
in it.

The users clicks on this and it opens up IE6 (this doesn’t work with IE7 and
they are on W2K as O/S).

They then fill in the form on IE6 and click submit.

This should then I believe send the details of the response via Outlook but
it is getting the following error message:

Line: 14
Char: 7
Error: ActiveX component can’t create object: ‘Outlook.Application’
Code:0

VB Runtime 6 is installed.

Hello Cheers,

start>run>outlook /safe.
perform the same steps and let us know what happens - it might be an
issue with add-ins.

It should if you put a space in front of the slash.
