Activity log file error

I keep receiving this message wheneveri try to close my outlook window.
"Unable to open the activity log file D:\Program Files\Network Associates\VirusScan\WebEmail.txt. This file is either write protected or locked by an other user"
Then, i have to click the retry button hundreds of time to close the window. Please help.

This is an issue caused by your McAfee virusscanner so I suggest you start
troubleshooting McAfee first.
