How do I convert a Network Diagram into a activity on node (precedence)
diagram, showing earliest start, earliest finish, latest start & latest
finish?

Hi stayoffthestella,

In addition to Mike's reply, see the Format > Box Style command to add
Early Start, Late Start data to the nodes.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

You could make a new Table (View, Table, More Tables) with the ES, EF, LS,
LF Free Slack and Total Slack columns (fields).
You could then include this Table in a View or Views which format
(Formatting is in the View) the Gantt Chart bars (Format, Bar Styles) to
show "Early Bars", "Late Bars" and the Slacks.
Or, you could use the built in Detail Gantt View.
Or you could show the Network Diagram View and format the Boxes (Format, Box
Styles) to show ES, EF, LS, LF Free Slack and Total Slack in the boxes.

Basically, if you have modeled it properly, all of that data is there
already and there are lots of ways to display it.
