When generating new e-mail, I will often have the same
phrase in a subject line (however, the entire subject is
not the same).
I would like to be able to insert a line of text into the
body of the e-mail ONLY if the subject contains this
phrase.
I thought of several things.......
(1) Inserting a signature. BUT, I do not want this text
on every email. I also do not want to rely upon the user
to insert this manually, fearing the user will forget.
(2) Autotext. Same problem. I think this also requires
me to use Word as my email editor, which I want to avoid.
(3) Rules Wizard. I could not find a rule that performs
such an action.
Does anyone have any other ideas?????
Thanks in Advance,
Don
