add disclaimer to bcc recipients message body

Is there any way to add a specific block of text only to the message received
by someone in the bcc field? Example, if someone was sent a bcc email it
would add a few lines like ***You received this email on a blind carbon copy.
Do not use Reply to All*** and then the actual message, but the people in the
To or CC fields should not get that and should just get the unaltered
message.
If it matters, this would be for both Outlook 2003 and 2007 clients.
Thank you.

I wish, and it's a good idea for a feature, except for the next logical step
of individual messages for each bcc recipient. The solution is to forward
the sent item to those you want to BCC.

I wonder, is this something that can be achieved through a macro?

The whole 'Forward the sent item' thing?

I guess, theoretically, you could design code that would basically replace
the Send button that would remove everyone from the BCC line, prompt you for
text to be sent to those people, send the original message and then forward
the sent item to those people (or possibly even send the original to them in
some way) with the added text.

Would I know where to even begin with that? Unfortunately, no.
