Add-in Deployment

I have an add-in for Word (Office 2003) written in C# using Visual
Studio 2005. I need to build a Windows Installer setup so it can be
deployed as an All User installation. I have tried to determine the
proper location for the add-in and support libraries from MSDN and
Microsoft's Office site but have been unsuccessful. If anyone knows
the proper location or where I might locate documentation with the
specific answer it would be greatly appreciated.
