Subject: add in error message

when I open Outlook 2000 i get an error message:
C:\Documents and Settings\owner\Application
Data\Microsoft\Add Ins\' is not a valid Office add-in
when I click ok it then opens up.
This is annoying and I would like to correct this if
possible. I tried detect & repair but that didn't work. I
also uninstalled and reinstalled Office 2000, but no luck.
Any help would be appreciated.
