Add-in not running under WinNT - Office 97

I developed an add-in in Power Point 97. I am using DAO350. On some
machines with WinNT and Office 97 under Administrator user, everything
is ok. Under "Power Users" problem appears. I send a new add-in to the
client, with messages in order to understand where the problem
appears. The add-in stops before entering the procedure for definining
the "DBEngine.SystemDB" and opening a new workspace. What could cause
this problem ? Since under administrator user everything is ok, then
installation and add-in have no problem. Only user rights of "Power
User" cause this.
