Do you get this message every time? once its disabled, it should stop that
message - but the add-in won't work until you update it.

Did you look under the developer's name in Add/Remove Programs? How did you
installed it? Is there an uninstall exe in the programs folder under
c:/Program files?

Yes, I get this msg everytime, I open Outlook. I looked in add/remove and
didn't see anything regarding Add-ins nor any developers.
I actually didn't install it, new PC from Dell and they installed it.
Usually, when they do this ...as soon as you open MS office for instance, it
will continue install. I will look again.
thank you for reply

It should be in Add/Remove - but you may be able to disable it in tools,
trust center.

do you know what the add-in does or who owns? a quick google doesn't brig up
anything promising.
