Assuming that you are using Outlook/Word 2000 or newer, the easiest way is
to set your message format to html and enable Word as your email editor.
Start a new message. Put cursor in body of message. Right click on
menu/toolbar and select Web Tools. Select speaker icon to insert a wav/mid.
