Add page border

I have created a simple A4 size page with text and a couple of pictures on.
I would like to add a border (black solid line) around the publication.
Whenever I choose the line option I end up with a border, or box if you
like, around each text item.

Can anyone tell me how to add a border around the entire page without
affecting all the text boxes already present? Nothing fancy, just a thick
black line. I'm using Publisher 2002 if that matters.
