add sharepoint list items with infopath

Using: Infopath 2007, Sharepoint Moss2007(w/all current patches)

I've set up an infopath form for adding records to a sharepoint
list(as found in all the bogs I could find), and published it to
sharepoint and everything seems to work as it should, except that the
records just don't get added to the sharepoint list.

Has anyone ever had this problem? Any help is appreciated.

How did you build the Infopath form? Is your data connection a main data
source?

I created a new Infopath form from scratch. The data connection is a
secondary data connection.

Hi,
As per my knowledge, the data connection should be "Main Data
connection" and not secondary data connection to submit data.
