Add the contactsfolder to the adressbook

I want to add the contactsfolder to the adressbook. To do this I right-click
the contactsfolder and go to the Adresbook tab. Here I want to click the
checkbox "Add to the Outlook adress book", but it's greyed out.
This is Office 2003 pro installed from an administrative point. I have some
users witch have installed it directly from the cd. They don't have this
problem. Any ideas??
