Adding a Combo Box to a document

I've managed to add the combo box and put the underlying code to populate it,
but when I try to run the code that populates it, I get a message saying that
macros are disabled. I've tried setting security to Low to no avail.

How would I go about doing this? Thanks.

What is the purpose of the document? You may be far better off to create a
template with a UserForm in it.
