Adding a distribution list to someone else's contacts

Hi All-

I am trying to add a distribution list to someone's contacts that I have
permission to. The problem I am having is that when I create the
distribution list it is showing MY contacts instead of the person's I am
trying to add to. If I right click on the other person's contact entry and
go to Properties I do not get the Outlook Address Book tab so it is not
visible.

How can I get around this?
