Thanks for your response. Since I asked this question I learned about DHTML.
I found the DHtml menu maker on Frontpage. I'm dissapointed that it only
creates mouseover buttons WITHOUT drop-down menus. It seems that I will have
to purchase an addional program to build Dhtml drop-down menus to put on my
Frontpage web pages to. I sure hope the next verison of Frontpage includes a
new menu maker!

The blocker in IE blocks popup windows not drop-down menus.
So that is not an issue. Just create your drop-down menu like always.

Subject: adding a drop down menu to web page
How do I add a drop down menu on my webpage that doesn't
activate Windows Explorer blocker that my viewers would have
to click off?
