Adding additional mail boxes

Running Outlook 2k on Exchange 2k. When I try and add an
additional email mailbox to another client
(Tools|Services|Exchange Server|Properties|Advanced|Add
Mailbox)

I get the following error:
"The name could not be resolved. Network problems are
preventing connection to the Microsoft Exchange Server
computer. Contact your system administrator if this
condition persists."

How do I fix it?

What name are you putting in for the mailbox name? The user's alias? full
display name? Have you verified that this mailbox is currently open-able
directly in another mail profile?

Any imaginable combination thereof. All mailboxes are
accessible by the administrator (triple-checked)
