Adding an email link to Outlook contacts

A long time ago I saw / used some code to download an email address from a
web page to an outlook contact. Basically, next to the link there was a
button that said add to contacts. I can't remember where I found the code
originally and I've since lost the code I used.

Has anyone seen this before? If so could you point me in the right direction?
