When trying to add an Inbox in OL2002 on Exchange 2000
We go a pop up box that did not allow us to enter the
name and the error "The name could not be resolved. The
action could not be completed.
Is the message we got.
After much searching, on the backend we tried a desperate
move and remove the local profile for outlook on the PC
side.
Recreated the profile and then the Add an inbox became
available.
Is this a new fix we found or an old fix we could not
find?
