Adding Columns and Rows to Grids

In previous versions of Visio, it was possible to add/delete columns and rows to grids by right clicking on the grid and selecting the appropriate menu item.. Visio 2003 does not appear to do that. The option of "copying" the grid column or row seens to be the recommended (from the help file) way to do this. Has the ability to right click and add columns and rows been removed from Visio 2003?

I commented on this during the official beta, but didn't get much of a
response. Hopefully it will be addressed in the next version. Until then,
I'm afraid you're just as stuck as I am, without "rich tables".
