I am preparing a PowerPoint presentation and am including several charts
within the presentation. I would like to be able to include comments
inside the charts to explain changes. I have seen this done in other
presentations, but cannot find anything in the Help file to show me how
to do this. I am using PowerPoint 2000.

Thanks in advance.

I would just exit the chart and add a text box to the slide. Then position
the text box over the chart wherever you want.

Hello,

You can also add the "comments" directly within the chart.

1) While editing a chart, just click anywhere other than on a text label
2) Type some text (it appears as a new movable label in center of chart area
3) Move new label wherever you want within chart object and change
formatting as desired.

I do PowerPoint (not Graph) <grin>

Better to ask that question in the Excel newsgroups.
